| 摘 要： | 随着社会发展和科学进步，健康第一、终身体育的理念逐渐成为体育教学的指导思想，也成为素质教育的重要组成部分。新的《体育与健康课程标准》实施后，普通高校体育教学如何适应新课程标准，是目前急需解决的问题。就高校体育健康课程教学启动的走向，以及高校体育教学工作应对的新要求问题提出一些观点，以期为教学实践提供参考。

| Abstract: | With the development of society, and the advances in science and technology, health first and life - long Physical training has gradually become the guiding ideology of physical education,as well as a major part of quality education. After carrying out the new Course Standard of Physical Education and Health, an urgent problem which must be solved presently emerges is how to adjust college physical education to the new course standard.Tiffs text is the alignment of the athletics healthy course teaching start of the high school, and the athletics teaching work of the high school reply to request the problem to put forward for some standpoints,taking expect as the teaching of practice to provide for the reference. |
