| 摘 要： | 通过对EQ的内涵进行深层次的剖析，阐述了体育教学为EQ培养提供了特殊环境，提出了在体育教学中培养EQ的五条可操作途径：创造良好的课堂氛围，营造和谐、热烈的课堂气氛、促进师生情感交流；加强学生思想教育，树立克服困难的信心，培养坚强的意志品质；加强学生的竞争学习，培养竞争能力；培养学生人际交往能力；培养学生人际交往能力；塑造体育教师优良人格品质。

| Abstract: | This essay explains how P. E. teaching can provide a special envioronment for EQ development, and it also concludes five feasible ways to develop students' EQ through P. E teaching; Create a pleasantf, friendly and active learning atomosphere that encourage the communication between the teacher and the students; help the students develop confidence and courage to overcome difGculties, and help them build strong will; Encourage competition between the students to improve their competence; Help them learn how to deal with interpersonal relationship;The characters and personalities of the P. E teacher are critical to the development of students EQ. |
