摘    要:青少年在身体能力训练方面,一般耐力训练、速度耐力训练、专项耐力训练和柔韧性训练要科学有效的结合好,并在此基础上更要重视力量耐力的训练。在技术训练方面要抓住上肢与下肢的合理配合,还要注重基本技术的培养,为创造理想的成绩打下良好的基础。另外,在战术意识培养上,要从多方面入手,使青少年运动员形成强烈的战术意识,从而在最终的比赛中取得优异的成绩。

Abstract:According to analysis and discussion on several facts on middle-distance race we should pay attention to the body ability training,general endurance training,speed endurance training and flexible training which ought to be integrated scientifically and effectively.In the technical raining aspect,leg and arm,the upper limb and the lower limb should be coordinated unisonously.In order to build the foundation for gaining ideal result,it is also important to lay emphasis on training of basic tech.moreover,on the training of tactical consciousness,it is necessary to start with mangy facets to make young athletes foam intense tactical consciousness and eventually obtain ideal result in the competition.
