| 摘 要： | 以人才强体战略为背景,对我国体育法律人才发展现状及存在问题进行研究,发现目前我国体育法律人才存在着数量少、不适用、不能充分用等问题。学术界虽然对此问题有所认识,但研究成果很少。从实际出发,对我国体育法律人才的发展问题成因进行探讨,提出相应对策,为推动我国体育事业的科学发展提供保障。
