| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法和逻辑分析等方法,对河南省农村女性体育参与状况及影响因素进行了研究分析,结果表明:河南省农村女性体育意识淡薄,身体健康状况不容乐观;参与动机以增强体质和娱乐为主,选择活动内容的标准是运动量小、强度低、场地限制小、不需要复杂技术的体育项目;体育观念和经济水平是影响女性参与体育的关键因素。针对上述情况,提出了完善体育保障制度、提高农村女性体育参与意识和结合女性特点开展体育活动等建议,希望能为促进农村女性体育活动开展提供有益参考。

| Abstract: | Through using the methods of literature review, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper analyzes the current state of women in Henan rural areas doing sports and its influencing factors. The results show that the women there are thin in sports consciousness, not going well in health and aiming at building their strength and entertainment when doing sports. Light training, low intensity, small space limitation and no complicated sporting events are their concerns when choosing games. Sports value and economic level have a great effect on their doing sports. According to the factors above, sugges- tions have been made that improve sports security system and their sports consciousness and develop sports activities combined with feminine features. It is hoped that these can be useful to promote sports activities development for the women in rural areas. |
