| 摘 要： | 体育是培养新世纪高质量人才必不可少的教育内容和手段，而学校体育是人们学习体育最基本的途径之一，是培养“终身体育”意识最重要的人生阶段，也是全面发展教育的重要组成部分。运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计等方法，对吉林省少数民族地区（8大市县）农村学校体育师资队伍的现状进行研究。根据研究结果提出可行性对策，旨在为区域内少数民族地区农村学校体育发展提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | Physical education is absolutely necessary educational content and means,by which we can nurse the high quality talents in the new century.School physical education is one of the basic routes for studying physical education.In the school we can let students realize "life-long sports" and develop education overall.By documents,surveys and some data,the essay shows the research about present situation of rural school physical education teachers' team in minority nationality areas(8 towns) in Jilin province.According to the result of the research,we can put forward some feasible methods,aiming at offering theoretical references for developing rural school physical education teachers' team in minority nationality areas. |
