| 摘 要： | 从群众体育大国和群众体育强国的理论阐释入手,阐述了我国群众体育大国发展的成功经验,提出了促进群众体育非均衡协调发展、借鉴竞技体育＂举国体制＂发展我国群众体育、群众体育产业合理的开发和利用、加强对社会体育指导员培养的项目化与专业化等相应对策,为向体育强国迈进的群众体育发展提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Starting with the understanding of great mass sports country and giant sports country, the paper elaborated the successful experience of our country＇ s mass sports, and found the deficiency of the process of becoming a sports giant. The paper proposed that the mass sports should insit unbalanced but harmonious development, mirror the national system of competition sports, and make sensible use of mass sports industry, as well as enhance the project - oriented and specialization of the training of sports instructors. |
