大强度训练对赛艇运动员IgG、IgA、IgM影响的研究

摘    要:目的:观察模拟2000m赛艇专项比赛前后IgG、IgA、IgM的变化及8周大强度训练对其的影响。方法:采集陕西省赛艇队公开级二线8名男性运动员模拟2000m赛艇专项比赛前后及8周大强度训练后晨安静时静脉血5ml,静置30min后于2500rpm离心10min,取上清液保存在小试管中-20℃冻存,备用测IgA、IgG、IgM。IgA、IgG、IgM采用单向放射状免疫扩散法。结果:模拟2000m赛艇专项比赛后即刻IgA、IgM有升高趋势(P〉0.05),IgG升高2.1%(P〈0.05);8周大强度训练后IgG降低8.5%(P〈0.01),IgA降低20%(P〈0.05),IgM升高(P〉0.05)。结论:模拟2000m赛艇专项比赛后即刻IgG、IgM、IgA较自身安静时有升高趋势,考虑可能是一种暂时性的急性应激反应;8周大强度训练明显抑制赛艇运动员机体体液免疫功能。
