鞍山科技大学《学生体质健康标准》测试结果分析

摘    要:为实施完成《大学生体质健康标准》(以下简(标准》)测试工作,鞍山科大对2003年本科学生的身体形态、机能和身体素质进行了规范性检测工作,获得了被试体质健康现状的基本资料,并与《标准》进行了比较分析。结果表明,鞍山科大学生体质测试总平均成绩75分,及格率97.24%,但良好率不足48%说明学生体质健康状况与《标准》要求尚有距离,总体水平不高。为此,提出了增强学生体质必须重视身体素质是改善提高身体形态机能的基础条件的荐认识等建议。

Abstract:Anshan University of Science and Technology has completed the regular test to the students' constitutions,functions and physique of year 2003 in order to carry out the test work of Students' Physique Health Standard(STANDARD as its abbreviation as below),and some basic information of the situation of the tested students'physique and health has been clear up.The result has been compared and analysed with STANDARD.It shows that general average scores of the tested students is 75,passing percentage covers 97.24,but the percentage of being in a good state is lower than 48 explains that the students' physique and health situation is far away from the requirements in STANDARD and general levels are not good enough.Therefore,suggestions to strenghen the students'physical quality depending on emphasising their physique to be the basic conditions to improve the students' shapes and functions has been put forward.In addition,the author also raised her own ideas on the matters reflected in the course of STANDARD's implement,which has provided some meaningful referrence to STANDARD'S improvement.
