| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、理论分析法、逻辑归纳法、演绎法和类比法,探讨了中医学和武学在理论和实践上的交融。指出武学在中医学的影响下价值和功能得到丰富和转化,传统武术桩功在武术功能丰富和转化过程中扮演着重要的角色,发挥着重要的作用。从中医学的基本理论和养生方法的角度,结合传统武术桩功的特性,阐释了传统武术桩功"治未病"和"治已病"的医学价值。

| Abstract: | The thesis discusses the blend of the Traditional Chinese Medicine and Wushu in theory and practice, by the methods of literature, expert interview, theory analysis, inductive logic, deductive, analogy and other research methods to points out that the val- ue and function of Wushu get enriched and transformed under the effects of Chinese medicine,to come to a conclusion that tradi- tional Wushu Zhuanggong plays an important role in the enrichment and transformation of Wushu function. The thesis explains the medical value of traditional Wushu Zhuanggong in prevention and cure from the point of the basic theory of the Traditional Chinese Medicine and the methods of longevity preservation, combining with the characteristics of the traditional Wushu Zhuanggong. |
