| 摘 要： | 从法律的视角出发,对职业足球俱乐部侵犯运动员权利的现象进行深入研究。在此基础上,指出我国职业足球运动员的合法权利频繁遭受俱乐部侵犯的主要原因,并有针对性地提出了解决的对策。

| Abstract: | From the legal perspective, the article makes in-depth research on the phenomenon that the professional football clubs encroach upon the athletes＇ rights. On this basis it points out the main reasons that the chinese professional fontball athlete＇ s legitimate rights have often been encroached by clubs, and puts forward the corresponding measures. |
