| 摘 要： | 以黑龙江省高等院校高水平运动队教练为研究对象,采用问卷调查法、数理统计法、特尔菲法进行分析,结果表明：教练员的执教年限相对较短,只有部分教练员具备丰富的体育基础知识,教练员多数具备一定的运动经历,但是教练员的运动等级与沿海一些发达省份仍有一定差距,交流和学习的机会较少。针对问题提出改进意见,以期为黑龙江省高校高水平运动队的发展提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | Takin coaches in university high-level sports team in Heilonjian as research object,by the questionnaire method,mathematical Statistics method,Delphi method,logical analysis of five coaches to analyze,the results show that: coaches coaching life is relatively short,only some of the coaches have a wealth of sports the basics and coaches majority have some sports experience,but the institutions of higher learning coaches of the coaches of the sports level and coastal developed provinces is still a certain gap,fewer opportunities of exchange and learning;to suggest improvements to tackle the problem. |
