| 摘 要： | 采用文献法、问卷调查法和数理统计等方法对推动我国农村体育运动开展的关键问题进行了研究，结果表明，经济因素处于基础地位，政府体育行为因素处于主导地位。建议：各级政府、体育主管部门要提高对农村体育工作的认识，加大对农村体育经费的投入；加强体育场地设施建设；加大《全民健身计划纲要》的宣传力度，提高农民体育健身意识；健全体育组织网络体系；加速体育指导员队伍的建设；积极组织开展体育活动等。

| Abstract: | I've researched our national development in physical activities in the country by the way of documents,question-answers and statistics.The result manifests that the economic element is the base aspect,government's envolvement is the primary one.It is suggested that,the responsible department should recognize the physical activities in the country,spend more outlay on it,strengthen the equipment construction,improve farmers' consciousness in healthy sports, amplify the system of physical organization net,focus on the cultivation of physical talent,advance farmers' abilities in physical culture,and actively sponsor physical activities. |
