| 摘 要： | 以江苏省少儿乒乓球教练员和一些私人训练点的教练员为研究对象，同时还走访了十多位经验丰富、学识渊博的运动训练学、运动心理学、少儿乒乓球训练的专家教授，采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析等研究方法，对他们在训练中实施身体素质训练的情况进行调查研究。旨在发现训练中的问题，探索符合少年儿童生理特点科学的体能训练方法，为教练员今后的训练提供理论指导。
