| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法，根据素质教育的要求，从人的发展和社会发展的角度出发，分析了学校体育教育目标的价值取向，认为：教育主体的发展是以个人本位和社会本位双重目标取向的结果，篮球技术教学的目标定位应以此为根据；篮球技术目标以及以技术为载体而产生的目标必须经过升华和完善，才能使篮球技术教学成为有目的的培养人的教育活动。

| Abstract: | This article analyses, the value orientation of school teaching aims from the development of human beings and society auording to the quality education with the document method, and thinks that the development of edeation object results in the oriertation based on the aims of both individuals and society The position of teaching aims of basketball skills should be depended on it. The aims of basketball skills and the aims based on the skills can make the teaching of basketball skills become the educational activities in training students by means of its distillation and improvement. |
