摘    要:为探讨特定负荷强度健美操运动对女大学生心肺功能的影响,将我校体育专业健美操专修班女生分成实验组和对照组,以不同强度训练一年,利用德国产Cortex 3B型号的心肺功能仪测试其训练前后的心肺功能指标,并分析指标数据的前后变化特点.实验结果表明:无氧阈强度下健美操运动可明显改善大学生的心率、最大通气量、摄氧量、氧脉搏、等心肺功能指标.研究认为,在无氧阈强度下的健美操运动更能促进女大学生心肺功能的提高.

Abstract:In order to make some research about the impact of aerobic exercise under a certain intensity on female university students' cardiopulmonary function,the researcher uses cardiopulmonary function machine of Cortex 3B made in Germany to test female students who are aerobics majors of Zhejiang Normal University through one year training under different intensities and those female students are divided into an experimental group and a control group.At the end of the training,the research tests and analyzes their cardiopulmonary function index to find the characteristics of those data's changes.The research shows that aerobic exercise can improve university students' cardiopulmonary function obviously,such as heart rate,maximal respiratory volume,oxygen uptake,oxygen pulse and so on.Therefore,the research concludes that aerobic exercise under anaerobic threshold intensity will better improve female university students' cardiopulmonary function.
