| 摘 要： | 中华武术是中华民族的瑰宝，中华民族传统文化遗产中的一朵奇葩，体现武术本质属性的散打运动如今正在被越来越多的人们所喜爱，如何使散打运动健康的发展，圆武术爱好者的梦，使散打运动成为当今第一搏击运动。结合多年的实践经验从武德和人文精神方面研究武术散打，能够与武术爱好者达成共识。

| Abstract: | Wushu is Chinese gems, it's also a wonderful work of Chinese traditional cultural heritage. Free combat which embodies the nature of Wnshu is favoured by more and more people now. In order to let free combat develop healthily and interpret Wushu fans' dream We let free combat become the first fight with sports now. The paper studies Wushu - free combat from the morality of Wushu and humane spirit. it reaches common understanding with the Wushu fans. |
