| 摘 要： | 通过对400m跑世界最好成绩与我国最好成绩的对比,分析我国400m项目落后的原因,明确400m跑成绩的运动学原理和体能要素,提出重视技术理论分析研究,强化专项力量训练,加强基本能力等改进措施,为科学合理控制训练,提高我国400m跑项目成绩、缩短与世界先进水平的差距,提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | Compared with the world＇s best score of 400ms sprint run,China＇s best score is far behind.This essay briefly analyzes the factors that cause this situation;reinforces the kinematic theory and conditioning for energy capacity.This essay also focuses on analysis of the technical theory,reinforcing the training for specific force and basic ability,which will improve the level of 400ms and we hope this essay will present theoretical references for reasonly controlling the training,improving the score of 400ms and shortening the distance with world＇s best score. |
