| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法和问卷调查法对在校大学生的体育价值观与体育锻炼行为进行了调查与研究。结果表明：大学生体育价值观是一个多层次、多维度的结构,并且在男女性别和健康水平上存在显著性差异;大学生的体育价值观与其体育锻炼行为之间存在一定程度的正相关性。

| Abstract: | With the method of documentation and questionnaire,this paper investigates and analyzes sports values and physical exercise behavior of college students in school.The research indicates that the sports values of the college students are multilevel and multidimensional,and there is a significant difference at the level of health and men and women on gender;there is a positive correlation between sports values and sports exercise behavior of college students. |
