| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、实验法等，对四人制软式排球比赛式教学在大学生身心健康教育中的影响作用进行探讨，结果认为：（1）它符合大学生的身心发展特点，并能有效激发大学生对科技含量高、简单易行而又不失安全性、健康性、娱乐性和竞技性特点的软式排球运动产生兴趣；（2）它对大学生身体素质有良好的改善和增强效果；（3）它对大学生的个性品质和心理素质以及身体健康发展有明显的促进效果；（4）将四人制软式排球赛与比赛式教学法的优点融为一体并应用于高校软式排球的教学实践中，是一种有意义的新尝试，其结果有望产生对高校推广软式排球运动和增进大学生身心健康有利的体育教学新模式。

| Abstract: | Through experimentation,questionnaire,experimental study was carried out on the effect of Four People's Soft Volleyball on the physical and mental health of college students.The result shows:(1)The Four People's Soft Volleyball meets with the physical and psychological development of college students.It is also an effective way to stimulate the college students enjoy this scientific,easy,safe,entertaining and competitive sport;(2)Four People's Soft Volleyball shows the effectiveness in improving the physical health of the college students;(3)Through Four People's Soft Volleyball,the physical-esteem,psychological abilities and personality have been improved.(4)Put the Four People's Soft Volleyball and competitive teaching method together in the college.This significant try is an new model to improve the physical and psychological health of college students and can be widely spread. |
