力竭运动对大鼠血浆PGI_2、TXA_2与心肌ACP、MDA和β-GLU的影响研究

摘    要:分析大鼠力竭运动后血浆TXB2、6-keto-PGF1a变化与心肌ACP、MDA和β-GLU变化的相关性并探讨其机制,为预防运动性心肌损伤提供理论依据。结果显示:力竭运动即刻,血浆TXB2显著升高(P〈0.01),心肌MDA、ACP、β-GLU变化与血浆TXB2、T/P显著正相关(P〈0.05)。结论:血浆TXA2、PGI2平衡失衡可能是导致大鼠力竭运动后心肌损伤的重要原因。

Abstract:Studing correlation between the rat plasma TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1a and myocardial ACP,MDA and β-Glu after exercise and discuss its mechanisms,in order to provide a theory for preventing myocardial injury.The results:immediately,plasma TXB2 was significantly increased(P0.01),while myocardial MDA,ACP,β-Glu and plasma TXB2,T/P were correlation(P0.05).Conclusion:Plasma TXA2,PGI2 were imbalance might be the important reason what caused rats cardiac muscle damage after exercise.
