| 摘 要： | 运用文献法、社会调查法、比较研究法等对福建省农村基层体育组织进行调查。结果表明：农村基层体育组织已逐渐发展成为政府连接市场和社会的桥梁,是农村体育发展的一支重要力量。组织面临主要问题：基层正式的体育团体存在着行政色彩浓,运作能力不足的问题;而民间体育组织在规模、结构等方面存在局限。体育资金和场地仍是制约农村基层体育组织发展的关键问题。建议：从他律、自律和提升公信力三方面来进行基层体育组织创新,而走渐进式的社会化模式是组织发展的必由之路。
