摘    要:振动力量训练是一种新兴的力量训练方法,结合传统阻力训练的振动可根据专项动作的要求有效地增加目标肌肉力量、爆发力,因而受到越来越多的国内外专家关注。总结已有文献中振动训练对力量和爆发力的短期效应并分析了产生这种效应的原因。

Abstract:The vibration strength training is a new type of strength raining.Based on the requisition of special performance,the vibration that combined with conventional resistance training can increase targeted muscle strength and power effectively.Therefore,all over the world,experts pay more and more attention on the vibration strength training.The author has summarized the published papers,and attempt to research on influences of vibration training on short-term effect of muscle strength and power,as well as its reasons.
