| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法，从二元社会结构入手，运用制度经济学、社会学等学科知识，分析我国农村体育的现状，认为我国农村体育发展滞后既存在着制度因素，也存在着人为因素。提出发展农村体育，应在公平正义原则的基础上，重新设计我国农村体育体制，消除二元社会结构的影响，倡导城乡体育均衡发展，在财政和人力等方面，优先考虑和满足农村体育发展的需要，加大转移支付的力度，以便切实缩小城乡体育差距。

| Abstract: | Focusing on the dual social structure,this paper analyzes the present status of China's countryside physical culture with the knowledge of systematic economics and sociology,etc.It claimes the underdevelopment of it could be attributed to both of the system and human factors.In order to develop China's countryside physical culture,the system of it should be redesigned,influence from dual social structure should be removed,priorities of finance and human resources should be given to the latter for a balanced development between urban and countryside physical culture. |
