| 摘 要： | 三维健康观是休闲体育的科学理论基础，具体表现在：人体机能适应性规律、人体生理活动变化规律、不同生命阶段对休闲体育的需求等构成了休闲体育的生物学基础；健康的心理、良好的心境可以促进休闲体育向着良性循环的方向发展，不同生命阶段的心理发展对休闲体育提出了不同层面的需求，构成了休闲体育的心理学基础；人的社会化、人的社会角色及社会情境可以使人们在社会中实现自我定位，从而找到实现个人休闲体育的准确选择，构成了休闲体育的社会学基础。
