| 摘 要： | 通过对第六届世界毽球锦标赛的观察与多年训练总结，对毽球防守站位阵型依网前人数分为一拦型与两拦型两类，对此进行了分析。一拦型是以攻手为核心的防守，表现形式为向心运动，二拦型是以原后排为核心的防守，表现形式为离心运动，并依此提出了针对性的建议。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the observation of the sixth World Shuttlecock Championship and the conclusion of years of training,the author analyzes the defensive positions in shuttlecock,according to the number of players in front of the net.The positions can be divided into two categories-one bar type and two bars type,a total of five types.The one bar type is a kind of defensive attack which puts the attacker on the core position,playing a centripetal force,and the two bars type puts the back players on the key role ... |
