| 摘 要： | 主要采用文献资料法和专家访谈法等研究方法，对我国体育科技政策演变脉络进行梳理，并总结了体育科技政策历史变迁的主要特征、主要经验和其中存在的主要问题，继而从调整政策发展方向、健全体育科技政策体系、增强政策的科学性和民主性、重设政策目标和重点、拓展政策研究视野、转变政策变迁方式等六个方面提出了“体育强国”建设背景下我国体育科技政策调整与完善的构想。

| Abstract: | By applying the methods of document literature and interview, this article studied the process of sports science and tech-nology policies in China. On the basis of the studies, the main characteristics, experiences and lessons of the changes were sum-marized. And the article proposed the ideas of the adjustment and improvement of sports science and technology policies in China under the background of sports construction. Finally, this article put forward the countermeasures from six aspects. |
