不同运动频率对女大学生体质健康的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨运动尤其是运动频率对女大学生体质健康的影响。方法:某普通高校二年级女生共60人随机分为对照组,每周运动三次组和每周运动五次组,每组各20人。运动方式:由同一体育教师带领运动,运动强度控制在中等强度,即平均心率为140-160次/min,每次有氧运动1h,持续16周。结论:中等强度的运动可显著提高女大学生的力量素质,耐力素质以及心肺功能,且高频率的中等强度运动使这些素质及功能指标提高的更为明显。

Abstract:This study focused on the effects of physical exercise on the health of female college students, especially the role of the movement frequency, using literature, interviews, observation, experiment and mathematical statistics to study it and found that moderate - intensity exercise can improve the physical health of female college students, and the high frequency movement on the improvement of their physical health more apparent, we provided some references for female students to participate in physical exercise.
