中国国家冰壶队女运动员体成分的分析

摘    要:对国家冰壶队女运动员的体成分进行分析研究,以期寻求科学的体能训练方案。研究方法:采用文献资料法、实验法以及数理统计法对5名国家冰壶队女运动员体成分进行测定与评价。研究结果:BMI和体脂含量、脂肪重量呈高度相关,相关系数分别为r=0.934,P﹤0.05;r=0.978,P﹤0.01;体脂含量、脂肪重量呈高度相关,相关系数为r=0.952,P﹤0.05。结论:国家冰壶队女运动员体脂百分比与其他项目相比明显偏高,会影响运动员的体能。

Abstract:To explore scientific physical training in the future, .the body components were measured in 5 Chinese national team temale curling athletes. Methods: With the methods of document, test and mathematical statistics. Results: there is significant difference between BMI and fat percentage(r =0.934,P 〈 0.05) ; there is significant difference between fat percentage and fat weight( r =0. 952 ,P 〈 0. 05) ; there is particularly significant difference between BM1 and fat weight ( r = 0.978, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: the results show that the body fat percentage of athletes is obviously higher than other items athletes;the Physical fitness of athletes are affected. BMI obviously depends on fat weight.
