| 摘 要： | 解决中国竞技体育后备人才的培养问题,就要走“体教结合”之路。教育系统只有主动和体委系统共同挑起竞技体育后备人才培养的重担,才能解决我国竞技体育所面临的种种问题。教育系统对竞技体育后备人才培养的运行机制及政策方面的研究趋向将是我国竞技体育后备人才培养的一个相当重要的方面,它的试行将有助于解决我国竞技体育人才培养的种种弊端,并且有助于我国竞技体育可持续发展良好局面的形成。

| Abstract: | "Integration of the PE and Education" must be adopted to solve the training problem for talents in support of athletic sports in China. The educational department must combine with PE committee initiatively. The functional mechanism and policy trend for talents in support of athletic sports made by the educational department would he one of the most important part in the cultivation of our talents in support of athletic sports. The tryout will solve mostly abuses and help to form the persisting development for our athletic sports. |
