| 摘 要： | 加入世贸组织后，我国经济同世界经济进一步接轨。在经济全球化的大背景下，研究我国体育无形资产特点等问题，有利于搞好我国体育无形资产开发、利用和管理。对体育无形资产概念进行了全新界定，并重新整合了其基本内容，在此基础上，主要对入世后我国体育无形资产的特点展开分析，提出了入世后我国体育无形资产对市场和法律的依赖性日益增强的新特点。

| Abstract: | China strengthens the link of economy with marketing economy countries after joining WTO. On account of economic globalization , resarch on the characterustucs of sports immaterial assets in China is beneficial to its management, development and application. After renewing the concept of spiorts immaterial assets and its easential content, the paper mainly analyze the characteristics of sports immaterial assets in China after joining WTO. A new property is presented for the first time that sports immaterial assets in China depend on market and law increasingly. |
