| 摘 要： | 残疾人是特殊群体，是弱势群体中的弱势，目前经常出现侵害其体育权利的现象，须加强对残疾人体育权合法权益的救济。探讨了残疾人体育权利救济的特征和原则，以及我国残疾人体育权利救济目前存在的立法需完善、救济法律方式不畅、意识存在不足、理念滞后、救济结果缺乏执行力及监督机制等问题，并在此基础上提出了保护和救济残疾人体育权利的一系列建议。
