| 摘 要： | 从自尊的概念发展、身体锻炼对儿童自尊的影响及身体锻炼与儿童自尊变化的关系等三个方面，讨论了近20年来身体锻炼与儿童自尊的研究，从方法学上的突破和身体锻炼各要素及其交互作用看来，认为如何对儿童自尊各维度及亚成分的影响将是该领域未来研究的方向。

| Abstract: | From the aspects of the concept of self- esteem developing, the influence of exercise on children's self- esteem, and the relationship between exercise and changes of children's self- esteem, this paper discusses the researches on exercise and children's self - esteem in recent 20 years. It suggests that the direction of future research in this field is the innovation of methodology and how the elements of exercise and their interaction affect the domain and subdomain of children's self- esteem. |
