| Abstract: | Through investigations and researches into the P.E.teaching staff at the boarding schools in the pastoral areas,this paper analyzes the problems of the P.E.teaching staff at the boarding schools,explores the causes and the background,and positively seeks solutions from educational management.All these are for the purposes of promoting the stability and development of the P.E.teaching at the boarding schools in Western Sichuan＇s pastoral areas,and of providing precedents for the boarding schools in other pastoral areas. |
