| 摘 要： | 个性化教育是高校体育教学改革的一项重要策略,而分层教学法是落实这项策略的重要方法之一。主要介绍了分层教学法的界定、理论基础和实施原则、注意事项。从这四个方面对分层教学法在体育教学中的应用进行了简要的分析。
