| 摘 要： | 体育与健康课程改革已走过了10年的历程,实践表明,新课改的累累硕果之下,理论与实际操作层面上的困惑、迷茫和无奈依然可见。从科学发展观的视角,对＂新课标＂背景下体育课程的现状进行了反思,分析了目前普遍存在的问题,提出了继续深化课改实践、规范课改试验、促进课改争鸣、提高课改实效的改革对策。

| Abstract: | It＇s been a decade since the curriculum reform of P.E.and Health courses,yet the fact is that in spite of its success,the confusion and frustration on theory and practice still exist.This paper,with the perspective of scientific development,reflects the current situation of P.E.curriculum under the context of ＂New Curriculum Target＂,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward the following solutions：further development,standardization,promotion of contend,and enhancement of efficiency of the reform. |
