| 摘 要： | 擒拿是我国传统武术的一种技击形式,有着悠久的历史。擒拿是在中国传统武术文化的氛围中发展构建起来的民族体育项目,由于受传统文化制约和影响,擒拿在继承武术文化的基础上,形成了自己独特的文化内涵。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法对擒拿特点及其文化内涵进行研究,对我国民族传统体育文化的继承、发掘及其发展能起到一定的促进作用。
