摘    要:探讨长期有规律的适宜运动对大鼠空间学习记忆能力的影响,CaMKⅡmRNA的表达,及其在学习记忆中的作用。结论:长期有规律的适宜运动可促进大鼠的空间学习记忆能力,海马内CaMKⅡmRNA表达明显升高,说明CaMKⅡ参与了运动对学习记忆的作用。

Abstract:To investigate the expression and significance of CaMK Ⅱ mRNA in hippocampus of rats whose spatial learning and memory function were enhanced by Regular Aerobic Exercise. Method Adult nude Sprague - Dawley rats were randomly divided into the control and the training group.These results suggest that the training may enhance the spatial learning and memory function of the rat and that the expression of CaMK Ⅱ mRNA in rats hippocampus may partici- pate in the mechanism of enhanced learning and memory.
