| 摘 要： | 基于公共服务领域的相关研究,从投入、产出和受益三方面搜集整理了体育场馆公共服务的相关指标,构建了体育场馆公共服务绩效的评价指标体系,并在此基础上对我国体育场馆公共服务绩效的区域差异进行实证研究,分析我国体育场馆公共服务绩效在各区域中存在的问题.从财政支持、实施差异化战略和利用政策措施三个方面提出相关建议.

| Abstract: | Based on the related research in the field of public service,the paper collects and sorts out the relevant indicators of the public service of sports stadiums from three aspects of input,output and benefit and constructs the evaluation index system of the performance of the public service of sports stadiums.And on the basis,it conducts an empirical study on the regional disparities of public service performance of stadiums and analyzes the existing problems of the public service performance of the stadiums in China.And from 3 aspects of the government financial support,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions on implementation of the differentiation strategy and the use of policy measures. |
