| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法阐述保障社会性弱势群体的体育权利有助于提升他们的生活质量、实现全民健身的战略目标、提高发展成果的共享水平,指出当前存在的群众体育事业投入不足与不均衡并存、社会性弱势群体体育观念偏差、话语权不足等问题阻碍了他们享受体育权利,认为从推动体育事业供给侧改革、更新社会性弱势群体的体育观念、保障他们话语权等方面着手方能实现体育发展成果的共享.

| Abstract: | Elaborating that social vulnerable groups'sports right is helpful to improve their quality of life,and realize the strategic goal of national fitness and improve the sharing level of development achievements by using the method of literature data and logic analysis.The current problems such as the lack and the coexistence of imbalance of investment in the mass sports industry,the social vulnerable groups'deviation of sports concept and be lack of discourse power hinder their enjoyment of sports rights.To share sports development achievements,it's necessary to promote the supply-side reform of sports,to renew social vulnerable groups'sports connect,and to protect their discourse power. |
