| 摘 要： | 以广东省沿海欠发达5个地级市的社会体育指导员为研究对象，对社会体育指导员队伍管理状况、指导员基本结构、自身素质和指导员指导等非协调发展现状进行了分析与研究，提出了建立评估体系，完善奖励制度，扩展指导员队伍，保持协调发展，加强指导员培训等解决社会体育指导员队伍非协调发展的对策。

| Abstract: | With the subject investigated of athletics guiders in Guangdong 5 coastal cities with poor economies,this article analyses and studys the administration condition of social athletics guides,and basic structure,the unharmonious development conditions of guiders' character and their guidance etc.In order to adapt the harmonious development of the he social athletics guides team,it suggests to establish valuation system,to perfect reward system,to expand guiders team,to keep the non-coordinative development,and to strengthen guiders training etc. |
