背越式跳高人体旋转的角动量分析

摘    要:在背越式跳高过程中,运动员身体的运动可分解为重心的运动和身体其他部位绕身体重心轨迹的转动两部分。起跳腿蹬离地面后,身体重心的运动沿着起跳角形成抛物线运动轨迹,身体其他部分绕身体重心的转动可分解为:绕垂直轴、矢状轴、额状轴三个转动,这三个方向的转动是运动员从起跳到顺利绕过横杆技术的关键,转动动能来源于助跑动能和人体弹性势能,转动角动量主要是通过蹬地和起跳摆动过程获得的,在整个跳高过程中,转动角速度是运动员通过调整身体各部位形状而改变的。

Abstract:The course of Back style high Jump,the sport of the athlete body can resolve to round the body center of gravity track to turn to move two parts for sport and other parts of body of the center of gravity.The jump-leg off the ground.the sport of the body center of gravity along rise to jump the Cape formation parabola sport track,other parts of body round the body center of gravity to turn to move and can resolve for:Round the perpendicular stalk and lose 3 of form stalk,the sum form stalk to turn to move,it is athlete that turn of these three directionses move from rise to jump smoothly rounded the technical key of horizontal pole,turn to move the kinetic energy to come from help to run the kinetic energy and the human body flexibilities certainly ability,turn to move th Cape momentum mainly is to pass leg off the ground and rise to jump to swing the process to acquire of,in the whole high jump process,turn to move the Cape speed is the athlete pass adjust each part of body shape but change of.
