| 摘 要： | 重视培养学生个性和创造能力的发展，确立个性化教育的指导思想，是本世纪高校教育发展的需要，也是高校体育教育发展的需要。西方后现代主义教育思想作为教育新理念，具有崇尚创造性、差异性、多样性、复杂性和不确定性等特征，探索如何理性对待该教育思想，对研究我国高校体育教学改革的新思路，进一步实施我国高校体育教育个性化提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | That we should establish the instructive idea of individualized education in college physical education and focus on the cultivation of student's personality and creativity is the requirement of college physical education in this century.As a new concept of education,the educational ideology of postmodernism advocates creativity,diversity,complexity,and uncertainty.The exploration of sensible treatment of this concept can provide theoretical evidence for the implementation of college individualized physical education and promote the teaching reform of college physical education. |
