| 摘 要： | 高校教师是高教战线的一个重要组成部分，建设一支高水平的高校师资队伍，对提高教学水平具有一定的意义。通过对大连市部分高校的教师共300名在职教师的养生意识及养生行为的调查，结果发现：高校教师的养生意识淡薄，养生行为落后，体育锻炼的自觉性不够，缺乏必要的健身知识与方法，因而，他们的健康状况值得有关人事的关注。针对上述问题分析，提出了相应的措施与建议。

| Abstract: | The teachers of universities and Colleges are an important part of the higher education front line.Building up a high level troops of universitie's teachers is significant.Through the investigation of 300 on-the job teachers,consciusness and action care for life,a part of universities' teachers is lacking in consciousness care for life and is laching lack in essential knowledge and ways of body-building.Thus,their condition value is deserved to be paid.According to these problems,we carry on the analysis and put forward appropriate measures and good proposal,providing teachers for reference. |
