| 摘 要： | 中国经济的发展和社会的进步，以及体育休闲娱乐理论的日臻完善，为体育休闲娱乐的发展奠定了坚实的物质基础，并提供了强大的理论支持。作为现代人类积极生活方式的体育休闲娱乐不仅可以净化情感、陶冶情操、提升生活质量，而且还可以为国民经济的发展做出贡献，体育休闲娱乐应该成为我国全面建设小康生活的重要内容。从长远来看，大力支持发展公共体育休闲娱乐设施和制订合理有效的方针政策，并对体育休闲娱乐的发展进行积极的宣传引导，创建良好的体育健身娱乐舆论氛围应该成为政府角色定位的中心所在。

| Abstract: | The Economic growth,social progress as well as the perfection of recreational sports theory in China lay sound foundations for the development of recreation sports and offer supports in theory.Recreation sports not only can help to purify people's sensibilities,refine people's sentiments,improve people's living standards,but also can help to contribute to the national economy.It should become part of the essential contents in building a thorough rich socialist living standard in our country as an active part of modern life.In a long run,the government's role should be orientated in developing public recreation sports facilities,making reasonable and practical policies,directing actively to the developing of recreation sports as well as creating a favorable atmosphere for national fitness. |
