| 摘 要： | 介绍“阻断法”的操作方法，并以实验对用此方法配合康复方案治疗篮球运动员髌腱末端病进行研究。结果表明，“阻断法”配合康复方案比单纯使用该康复方案效果更为明显。篮球运动员在实践中熟练地使用该技术对损伤的预防与康复均有良好效果。

| Abstract: | With introduce the operation of "interdiction taping",the paper designs the experiment about rehabilitation plan to treate Patellar tendinopathy of basketball athletes.The result shows,the effect of cooperate between the "interdiction taping" and rehabilitation plan are better than rehabilitation plan only.The basketball athletes used this technique skillful for injury prevention and rehabilitation is useful in practice. |
