攻防法讲示对武术普修课动作技能保持影响的研究

摘    要:对武术普修课注重攻防法讲示教学进行了实验探索,实践表明,运用攻防法教学能进一步激发学生的学习兴趣,调动学生内在学习动机,使动作记忆牢固,技能保持长久。并从生理和心理的角度探讨了其在教学实践中的画龙点晴之功效,得出讲示攻防法在套路教学中具有较强的优越和可行性。

Abstract:Experimental research has been carried out with subjects from of physical education department focusing on the presentation of attack - defense method in general selected course of Wushu. As shown by the research, the application of attack - defense method can enhance students' abilities of memorizing actions and skills by further stimulating their interests in learning and eliciting their inner motivation . The significant effect of this method in teaching practice in the perspectives of psychology and physiolgy shows its advantage and feasibility
