| 摘 要： | 职业教育经费不足,已经成为制约职业教育发展的瓶颈。对近年来我国和发达国家教育经费情况进行的比较以及对职业教育院校的经费现状的调查表明,必须借鉴发达国家经验,成立中央职业技术教育基金会,采取国家依法财政拨款、依法征收“职业教育税”、发行职业教育彩票、接受机构和个人捐赠等措施,保证我国职业教育经费的稳步增长,以推动职业教育的健康发展。

| Abstract: | Under-funding has become the bottleneck restricting the development of vocational education. Through analyzing and comparing educational funding in China and in developed countries,and investigating vocational funding,the author proposes,basing on the experience of developed countries,the establishment of a central Vocational Education Foundation,i.e. the state law funding,with a "vocational education tax" and the issue of vocational education lottery,which is used to receive the donation from institutions and individuals and actively raising our vocational education funding. |
