| Abstract: | It is analyzed and expounded on how to define the performance of aerobics sportsman and how to perform to their best by referring to relevant documents and through interview on experts so as to find out what affects their performance. A summary is made in this article about the ways how to improve aerobics sportsman's performance and some beneficial advices are also offered on the exercises to improve aerobics sportsman's performance in this paper. |
