| 摘 要： | 运用快速原型和快速模具制造技术，对汽车接角密封件样品制作的工艺过程进行研究，对样品制作过程的关键技术进行了探讨。采用该工艺方法，获得了接角密封条的样件。实践证明，该方法可以应用于接角密封件产品的开发和试制，能在较短的时间内对市场做出响应，并能保证产品的形状尺寸和表面质量。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the manufacturing processes for prototypes of automobile comer seals are studied by using rapid prototype and rapid tooling technologies and discussions are carried out about the key technologies in the producing process of it. Using this method, a sample comer seal is produced which means this kind of technology can be applied to the development and production of the automobile comer seals. Moreover, it is sensitive to the market demand in a short period of time and can ensure the shape dimension and the surface quality of the prototype. |
